The addon should work for any Mythic+ dungeon, but there are a few things to keep in mind:
✅ What Works:
- Displays the percentage progress of a mob in the tooltip when you hover over it and on the target frame.
- Works only in Mythic+ dungeons because it uses the
C_ScenarioInfoandC_ChallengeModeAPIs. - Uses a "delta tracking" system: the addon learns how much each mob is worth by tracking progress before and after each kill. Data is saved between sessions via
SavedVariables, so the more dungeons you run, the more accurate it becomes. - Draggable target frame overlay showing mob percentage next to the target name.
- Fully compatible with WoW 12.0.1 (Midnight) and the new Secret Values system.
📌 Prerequisite:
- None! Unlike the previous version, this addon is fully standalone and does not require M+ Timer WeakAura or any other addon.
⚠️ Possible Limitations:
- First Encounter: The first time you encounter a mob, it will show "??%" — after killing it once (solo kill, not simultaneous AoE with other mobs dying at the same time), its value will be stored permanently.
- Simultaneous Kills: If two or more mobs die within a very short time window (~150ms), the addon cannot reliably attribute the progress delta to a single mob, so that data will be discarded.
- Secret Values (12.0+): Blizzard's new Secret Values system may occasionally interfere with data retrieval during active combat. The addon uses
pcallsafety wrappers to prevent Lua errors. - Future Patches: If Blizzard changes how Mythic+ progress tracking works in future patches, the addon may need to be updated.
