Smooth Resource Bars Anniversary

SmoothResourceBars replaces your default resource bar with a smooth, animated bar that works for every class. Mana users get spirit tick visualization, Five Second Rule tracking, and cast cost preview. Rogues get energy tick tracking. Warriors get rage tracking with queued ability cost display. Druids get a shapeshift cost threshold line showing if they can afford to shift forms.

• Smooth Animation — Fluid bar interpolation instead of jumpy default bars
• Spirit Tick Visualization — Shows the 2-second spirit tick cycle with a pulsing indicator; tracks Five Second Rule state
• Shapeshift Cost Threshold — Visual marker showing if you have enough mana to shift to Bear/Cat/etc., accounting for Natural Shapeshifter talent reduction
• Cast Preview Bar — Previews how much mana your current spell will cost before it finishes casting
• Energy Tick Tracking — 2.0-second energy tick cycle for Rogues
