I can't remember the last time, I did not want to loot all available mail at once.
Blizzard removed completly automated mailbox opening a while ago. This is the closest I got to it:
Auto Mailbox Button adds a floating button to your mouse cursor, when you open a mailbox. Just click your mouse to to quickly loot all mail, including gold and items.

Commands:

Shows the current auto-hide timer.
