- Internal restructure (no gameplay changes): split the monolithic SmartTotem.lua
  into focused module files (minimap button, Mana Watch UI) to ease maintenance and
  stay clear of WoW's 200-local-per-chunk limit.
- Mana Watch: added Auchenai Mana Potion (item 32948) to the advisor item list, and
  fixed the mana button anchoring so the Mana Watch demo icon no longer centers over
  the Air totem slot.
- Steamvault: added Coilfang Siren (pre-pull Tremor) and Bog Overlord (pre-pull and
  in-combat Disease Cleansing) coverage, including a new predictive disease mechanic.
  Pre-pull mouseover recommendations now persist with a short click window instead of
  clearing the moment the cursor leaves the mob.
- Fixed the Disease Cleansing Totem recommendation anchoring under the Earth button
  instead of Water (display only; the cast was always correct).
- Gave the Disease Cleansing Totem recommendation a proper flyout button (it had
  none), so it now displays like the other recommendations instead of falling back
  to the alert icon, and added it to the recommendation demo.
- Fixed totem highlights flashing several times after dropping a totem in dungeons or
  raids, including the recommendation glow flashing on certain drop paths.
