GuildHub replaces the default WoW guild window with a modern, tabbed social hub that keeps your entire guild connected in one place.
Features
- Members Tab — Full guild roster sorted online-first, with class colors, ranks, zones, public/officer notes, personal notes (private, never shared), and live Mythic+ scores sourced from the RaiderIO database and the game's own API.
- Teams Tab — Create named group presets with a color and assigned members. Officers and team managers can invite members directly from the roster and sync team membership in real time across all online GuildHub users.
- Chat Tab — Persistent guild and officer chat history (up to 14 days / 2,000 messages) plus private custom channels shared with any subset of guild members. Messages sync via addon messages and survive relog.
- Events Tab — Schedule guild events (Raid, Dungeon, PvP, Social, and more) with RSVP tracking (Yes / No / Maybe), optional repeat cadence (weekly, biweekly, monthly), team-only visibility, and automatic WoW Calendar integration. Old events are auto-purged after 30 days.
- Recruit Tab — Post internal recruitment listings with role and class needs (Tank, Healer, Melee/Ranged DPS). Officers can mark slots as filled as applications come in.
Sync & Compatibility
All data is synchronized in real time across online guild members using addon messages, with staggered jitter on login to avoid message floods. GuildHub is compatible with the RaiderIO addon for M+ score display and works alongside the standard WoW Communities API for guild chat history.
By default, GuildHub intercepts the guild frame keybind (J) and the Communities button to open its own window instead. This can be toggled in settings.
