Super Guild Manager (SGM) is a powerful and comprehensive management suite for World of Warcraft guild leaders and officers. Designed to transform how guilds organize, reward, and track their members, SGM replaces manual spreadsheets and guesswork with a robust, automated system integrated directly into the game's interface.

Features

Profile

The SGM provides a detailed Profile dashboard for every guild member, integrating both standard game data and guild-specific tracking:

• Combat Stats Integration: Displays a member’s current Mythic+ Score and Raid Progression (Normal, Heroic, and Mythic) directly within the guild interface.
• Status Overview: Shows real-time information such as character level, current zone, online status, and guild rank.
• Note Management: Displays both Public and Officer Notes for quick reference without opening the standard guild roster.
• Custom Annotations: Includes a "Custom Note" field that officers can edit to store additional internal information about a player.
• In-Depth Alt Tracking: Lists all known "Alts" associated with the character, with an easy-to-use edit button for manual character linking.

The Rewards tab serves as a manual input console for managing a specific member's point balance:

• Activity Recording: Officers can manually input the number of completed activities (Dungeons, Raids, Recruitment, etc.). The addon automatically calculates and displays the points earned based on the guild's predefined configuration.
• Real-Time Calculations: As quantities are entered, the interface updates the member's Total Balance instantly.
• Manual Expense Tracking: Allows for the recording of gold withdrawals or other point-deducting "Expenses" directly on the member's record.

SGM takes the guesswork out of guild management with a dedicated Promotion Tracker:

• Threshold Awareness: Clearly displays the requirements for the member's next rank (e.g., "Next: Corporal (300 pts)").
• One-Click Promotion: Once a member has enough points, he can buy his promotion with the Promote button
• Balance Monitoring: Shows the "Total Balance" at the bottom of the screen, providing a clear audit of the member's standing.

Logs

The Logs interface provides a real-time audit trail of guild events, which can be filtered by:

• Level Ups: Notifications when members reach new levels.
• Rank Changes: Tracking of promotions and demotions.
• Joins & Leaves: Monitoring the guild's flow of recruitment and departures.
• Note Updates: Logs of when Public or Officer notes are modified.

Audit

The addon features a comprehensive Audit system that provides a centralized view of all guild members. It tracks essential data points such as:

• Join and Promotion Dates: Exact timestamps of when members entered the guild or moved up in ranks.
• Birthday Tracking: A dedicated field to manage and remember member birthdays.
• Main/Alt Management: The ability to link "Alt" characters to a "Main," allowing for better organization of the roster.
• Rank & Points Status: A quick glance at every member's current standing and accumulated rewards.

Leaderboard

The Points tab acts as a live leaderboard, displaying a ranked list of members based on their activity and contributions. This fosters a healthy competitive environment and makes it easy to identify the most active contributors.

Reward System Configs

SGM implements a robust Points System designed to incentivize guild participation. Guild leaders can configure:

• Activity Rewards: Assign specific point values for completing Dungeons, Mythic+, Raids, Rated Battlegrounds, Events, and Recruitment.
• Automated Progression: Define custom point thresholds for each guild rank, allowing for a merit-based promotion system.
• Custom Categories: Add new activities, expenses, or "Others" categories to tailor the point distribution to the guild's specific needs.
