我绝非合格的技术支持人员，但有一次因为突然断电导致非正常关机后，我也遇到过同样的问题。当时我的解决办法是前往/World of Warcraft/文件夹，并删除整个/Data/子文件夹。我认为那里有一个损坏的文件。（但我不太确定！）
从那以后，战网客户端就恢复了更新游戏的能力。

My entire Blizzard launcher can’t load any content of any game - “Oops! Something went wrong.”
I’m not a qualified tech supporter by any stretch, but I had that issue one time following an inelegant shutdown due to a sudden power outage. The solution for me in that case was to go to my /World of Warcraft/ folder and delete the entire /Data/ subfolder. I think there was a corrupted file in there. (But I’m not certain about it!)
From that point, the Battle.net App regained the ability to patch the game up.
