It was created to make the cursor easier to locate during hectic fights while remaining lightweight and addon-friendly. Note: WeakAuras will not be supported in 12.0 / Midnight, so MouseFinder provides a native, future-proof alternative.

- Q: Why not use WeakAuras?
A: WeakAuras are powerful, but support for them is being removed in 12.0 / Midnight. MouseFinder is a minimal, always-available, native solution that avoids per-character WeakAura setup and ensures the feature continues working after the 12.0 changes. - Q: The ring is too big/small — how do I change it?
A: Adjust the radius/scale in the addon options or in the saved variables file.
