OVERVIEW
This addon lets players view curated notes on other people. For example, if a person who intentionally ruins mythics has been reported and added to the curated list, their note will be displayed to party members who have the addon.
This addon is meant to serve as an additional layer to vetting people for mythics or raids. While some players seem to be geared for the task, their intentions may not be innocent or they may be quick to malding.
