These bars are designed to span the screen edges, so their options reflect that. They can’t be freely resized or repositioned, and inner bars stay anchored to their edge counterparts.
- Due to changes in what addons can do with spells (and likely a reason WeakAuras isn’t updated for retail), this addon is only reliable for spells whose cooldowns don’t change dynamically. In short: avoid using it for any cooldown that can vary in length or be reset.
- The first use of any cooldown may not display correctly. After leaving combat and using the spell again, the addon will cache the necessary information for that spell. This is a one-time setup per spell.
Various elements also feature tooltips to explain their meaning and functionality where I deemed it necessary. A single profile will remember all spells selected on a class and specialization basis.
The slash command /pcb can be used to open the settings quickly. Alternatively the settings can be found in the Options > Addons tab.
This addon started as a WeakAura I made to display my interrupt cooldowns at the bottom and dispel cooldowns on the side of the screen. With WeakAuras no longer fully supported, I took the chance to bring back my comically large progress bars—and expand the functionality, making it more flexible and customizable for other users.
AI Disclaimer: The code for this addon was written entirely by Claude, with only minimal coding by myself. I could have written it myself over many weeks, but I wanted a working addon as quickly as possible. Should someone else release a hand-crafted addon with similar—or even additional—features, I will gladly remove this addon immediately and switch myself.
I’m open to adding features or making changes, as long as they align with the overall vision of the addon. I’ve done extensive testing, but if you spot any bugs I may have missed, please let me know.
