Turbo Black List

TurboBlackList is a lightweight notification add-on. It reminds you when someone in your party or raid belongs to a guild on your personal watchlist—a list you build and maintain yourself. The public download ships no preset guild names.

Why players use it

Many guilds and players keep informal notes about other guild tags they rarely run content with: different raid schedules, server history, rivalries, social friction, or simply “we don’t pug with that tag.” TurboBlackList does not judge anyone and does not act on other players. It only gives optional private reminders (sound, chat, and/or on-screen raid warning) when your list matches.

• Multiple named lists — e.g. “Main”, “Alts”, “Rivals”; switch active list anytime

• Guild management — add/remove in settings, paste import (; or new lines), or slash commands

• Matching — case-insensitive; supports Latin and Cyrillic guild names

• Custom alert message — placeholders: %player%, %guild%, %entry%

• Custom alert sounds — bundled samples, built-in Raid Warning, or your own .ogg / .mp3 in Media\

  • Register sounds in-game: Add sound… in settings or /tbl sound add <filename>

  • No external scripts required

• Test alert button — previews sound, chat, and raid warning according to your toggles

• Languages — English and Ukrainian UI (/tbl lang en · uk)

• Battlegrounds and arenas — disabled by default (configurable)

What it does not do

• No automatic kick, invite block, or LFG decline

• No reporting to Blizzard or broadcasting to other players

• No bundled watchlist in the CurseForge package

• No harassment tools—only private reminders for the player who configured the list

Custom sounds

1. Copy .ogg or .mp3 into Interface\AddOns\TurboBlackList\Media\

2. In-game: Add sound… (settings) or /tbl sound add YourFile.mp3

3. Choose Alert sound and use Test alert

TurboBlackList is a personal notification tool. Your watchlist reflects your or your guild’s own grouping preferences. Use it respectfully and in line with Blizzard’s Community Guidelines and add-on policy.
