Forga's Guild Calendar

Forga's Guild Calendar is an in-game calendar and raid planning addon designed for World of Warcraft guilds. It was created and tested for TBC Anniversary and WoW Classic.
It allows guild members to easily plan raids and events, sign up for participation, and keep everyone synchronized automatically.
The addon focuses on simplicity, clarity and automatic guild synchronization, making raid planning much easier than using spreadsheets or external tools.

This addon is well tested among multiple guilds and was designed to keep large guilds in mind (600+ players). Of course, smaller groups work just as well.

Features

Guild Event Calendar

A clear, modern monthly calendar view displays all planned guild events directly in-game.

• Event icons displayed in the calendar
• Day view showing all events for a specific date
• Detailed event view with full participant list

Raid Signup System

Players can quickly sign up for events directly in the calendar.

Signup includes:

• Role selection (Tank / Healer / DPS)
• Specialization selection (automatically detected using your talents)
• Attunement and item level checks
• Participation status:
  • Signed up
  • Confirmed
  • Declined
  • Bench

The event creator can manage and update player statuses.

Loot Reservations

Your guild leader can enable the Loot Reservation feature, allowing to place "soft reserves" on certain items.
Rightclick on an item to mark it as a favorite. Set the filter to "Favorites" to see just your marked items. Click left to reserve an item. The grey text after the item tells you how many other confirmed players reserved this item as well.

The item tooltips will show item reservations, if any. You can see your guild's reservations by hovering the according player with your mouse.

Plan raid setup

The addon allows you to pre-define your setup and assists you in raid planning. Inspect other player's item level and ensure your raid is going to be successful.
"Import previous roster" will attempt to build your roster the same way as a previous event of the same kind. If specific players are unavailable, the addon will try to place another player having the same class and talents.

Split raids

Don't want to create multiple events for e.g. Karazhan? No worries! Simply create one event, ask everyone to sign up and plan multiple raids in one roster.
Click on "Split Event" to divide your plan into multiple events, including a colored preview.

Conflict detection

Ever had the situation that a player already was bound to an ID and you had to quickly find someone else? That won't happen with this addon, as it features a conflict detection system. 
This works not just based on ID, but also based on time conflicts.

Attunement checks

The addon ensures that every participant has completed the required attunement quests.

Loot, Event and Player statistics

Keep track of your guild's loot and progress.

Permission System

Event creation can be restricted to selected guild members.

• Managed by the Guild Leader
• Ideal for raid leaders or officers
• Please note that the Guild Leader needs to setup permissions before anyone can create events

Automatic Guild Synchronization

All events and participation changes automatically synchronize between guild members.

• No external servers required
• Data is shared via guild communication using a highly sophisticated sync mechanism
• Missing events and statistics data automatically sync when players log in
• Works even if the original event creator is offline

Options

Right-Click on the minimap icon to open the options menu to configure the addon's options.
