A focused raid-management toolkit for TBC Classic, built for raid leaders who want a fast in-game cockpit for consumable checks, raid assignments, boss-specific tactics, polls, and loot tracking; without juggling external spreadsheets mid-pull.

Buff scanner

• One-click scan of your group/raid for world buffs, consumables, and raid auras

Assign tab — heals, cooldowns, CC & roster

A single hub for raid assignments, switchable via sub-tabs:

• Healer assignments: heal-to-tank grid with cross-heal, Earth Shield, hunter Misdirect, and an Auto-Assign helper
• Raid cooldowns: assign caster (and target where relevant) for major cooldowns
• Crowd control: per-raid-icon CC assignments, with "Scan Marks" to auto-fill marked mob names
• Roster: every raid member grouped by declared role, with addon-version and role at a glance
• Saved per profile and synced to other RaidLead users in the raid automatically

Boss templates — per-encounter UI

Pre-built assignment templates with custom widgets for every TBC raid boss that has non-trivial mechanics:

• Karazhan: Netherspite portal rotation
• Gruul's Lair: Maulgar council role split, with one-click Auto-Mark of the council
• Magtheridon's Lair: cube clicker assignments, with one-click Auto-Mark of the Hellfire Channelers
• Serpentshrine Cavern: Karathress targeting, Vashj cores & elements
• Tempest Keep: Al'ar phase swaps, Solarian arcane targets, Kael'thas full-fight checklist

Each template loads role-aware UI for the boss; no more dictating assignments into raid chat one line at a time. Auto-Mark scans enemy nameplates and group targets to apply raid icons to the right mobs in a single click.

Quick Polls

• Fire a question at the raid — every RaidLead user gets a popup to vote
• Built-in presets (Continue/Wipe/Break, Ready to pull, …) plus your own custom questions, each set to single-select (instant vote) or multi-select (pick several)
• Live tally for the initiator; Announce the full breakdown (each option's count + percentage) to raid/party chat
• Poll history: past results are kept privately on your client (never broadcast); review them anytime and re-announce to chat, or clear the list

Loot & attendance history

• Logs every drop with timestamp, recipient, instance, boss
• Per-run, per-player, and attendance views (who showed up, and how often)
• Filterable by player or instance; persists across /reload and logout

Role check

• Broadcast a role-check request to the raid
• Members get a one-click Tank / Heal / Melee / Ranged popup
• Aggregated result back in your panel

Leader-aware & read-only by default

• Only the raid leader and assistants can modify assignments, marks, and polls
• Everyone else sees a clear "View only" indicator and read-only controls — so tanks/healers can run the addon to see live assignments locally without accidentally changing anything
• Personal settings (your own declared role, display options) stay editable for everyone

Peer-version detection

• Lightweight addon-message handshake announces RaidLead's presence to other users
• Warns you if a newer version is running in your raid

Slash commands

• /raidlead, /rl — Toggle the main panel
• /rl scan — Re-scan group buffs
• /rl announce [buffs|raid] — Print buff report to /raid
• /rl sync — Request boss-template sync from raid
• /rl settings — Open settings

Installation

1. Install via the CurseForge app, or extract this zip into World of Warcraft<your-client>\Interface\AddOns\RaidLead
2. /reload (or restart the client)
3. Type /rl to open the panel

The raid leader benefits most, but tanks and healers can install too so they see live assignments locally.

Compatibility

• TBC Classic (Interface 20505) — primary target
• No required dependencies

Notes

• All data lives in RaidLeadDB (per-account SavedVariables), no cloud, no external service.
• Sync between members uses WoW's addon-message channel; only other RaidLead users see the traffic, nothing leaks into player chat.
