JUI - TBC Anniversary

JUI

JUI is designed to enhance and style different areas of default UI with useful built-in features. This addon was created to improve baseline gameplay experience without requiring smaller addons providing similar features.

Modules

• General: Change color, textures and font of active modules. Control certain console variable values and whether to show error dialog.
• Action bars: Styles action bars, action buttons, bag buttons and micro buttons. Choose whether to show bag or micro buttons on mouseover only.
• Minimap: Styles the minimap frame. Add useful information (friends online, guild online, current player durability, player bag space) or performance info (ms/fps display) to minimap.
• Frames: Replaces xp and reputation bars with new ones. Changes textures and color of various existing dialog and popup frames. Control the looks of group loot container and scale of floating combat text.
• Unit frames: Modify existing unit frames with standalone additional features.
• Raid frames: Change raid frame textures and buff sizes. Track important offensive and defensive or class specific buffs on raid frames.
• Cast bar: Modify existing player cast bar. Add channeling tick overlay to cast bar to track channeled spell ticks.
• Buffs: Styles buffs of player, pet and unit frames. Track pet and party buffs and debuffs.
• Tooltips: Modify and add information to default tooltips.
• Unit nameplates: Change size of enemy and friendly nameplates and cast bars. Track loss of control effects, warrior stances and player debuffs on nameplates.
• Player nameplate: Standalone player status bar, melee swing and ranged cast timers with optional features.
• Arena: Move default arena frames and pvp related widgets.
• Addons: Control aspects of certain addons to match JUI's appearance.

Extra features

The following features can be used without needing any of modules to be active.

• Hide/show main menu bar gryphons.
• Show alternative mana bar for druids when in cat or bear form.
• Replace default player frame texture with rare-elite unit texture.
• Increase size of player, target and focus frame health bars with matching textures.
• Hide/show unit frame name backgrounds.
• Track player mana/energy ticks on player mana bar.
• Track player threat for targeted and focused units.
• Show loss of control effects, interrupts and different buffs/debuffs on unit frame portraits.
• Track player loss of control and interrupt effects.
• Track party loss of control and interrupt effects on raid frames.
• Replace shaman imbue weapon and rogue poison weapon enchant buff icon with corresponding spell icon.
• Add various useful information to PVP Dialog.
• Show arena teams mmr at the end of an arena match.
• Notify when arena shadow sight timers are close to spawning.
• Track player loss of control diminishing returns in PVP.
• Track the amount of arena points earned from the next weekly reset.

Slash commands

Type /JUI or /jui to access the options menu.
