Echo Raid Tools
Echo Raid Tools is a work-in-progress project by Echo Esports, and something that we will be expanding upon and updating with more features over time!
To access configuration you type in chat /echort
ERT features two distinct elements.
Firstly it provides 'Echo Approved' WeakAuras for each boss in each new raid via an Echo interface page inside the in-game Dungeon Journal. With this add-on, you are able to easily open the Dungeon Journal, and click on the boss that you'd like to find WeakAuras for. Then, navigate to the Echo Raid Tools tab; this will show a list of several WeakAuras that we at Echo find useful, each relevant to different mechanics for the selected boss. Then, all you need to do is find the WeakAura that you'd like to use in the list for that boss, and click the import button next to it - and just like that, you've made a copy of the WeakAura for your own use. This is the case for every boss in the raid, and works for all difficulties. Please feel welcome to adjust and customise the WeakAuras as you see fit, and tailor them to your Guild's needs.
Secondly there is the "work in progress", and ever expanding, list of modules accessible via the addon's config window. Currently the main module is Cooldowns, which lets you track the use and cooldown of your group members' spells. Cooldown tracking is done by making Cooldown Groups. Once you made a Group, add the spells you want to track in the Spell Selection page, and adjust the layout and visuals for the group in the other sections.
There is also a Ready Check module providing the usual tools for checking that your group is buffed and ready for the next encounter.
